Great location, near Castlefield Bowl. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Pool/leisure area well-run. Bar food could improve. Pricey parking.

It was fairly clean with gorgeous staff. There were attractive, tidy rooms where the bathroom is adjusted to wheelchair users. The hotel was fabulous and in a very central location so close to the restaurant and cloud 23 bar, bars, and the tram.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The Cloud 23 Bar offers amazing views, particularly at night. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Damien and the staff were excellent, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location provides easy access to Deansgate and Castlefield, as well as a nearby Metrolink stop.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close to everything. The restaurant is amazing, offering delicious food during our stay. We were also pleased with the executive lounge, where the staff were friendly and attentive.

The service was a bit disappointing, as there were delays in being served in both the executive lounge and the restaurant.

Everything was perfect, but a few employees were not always friendly. Its location was central, only a short distance to a 47 - floor skyscraper.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. This place is located in a great area, right in the heart of the city center. The iconic Beetham Tower adds a touch of elegance to the skyline. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with amenities like air conditioning, mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, with excellent room service and timely housekeeping. The hotel also offers a range of facilities including a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and spa & wellness center. the quality of service and attention to detail at this hotel is top-notch.

If there is one small downside to this venue, it would be the occasional mix-up with reservations and the limited availability of certain amenities. However, I still highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel had a very modern and spacious design, with fantastic views from the rooms. Access to the executive lounge was a great bonus, allowing us to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's location in the city center made it convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

We were disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. the room was quite cold at night, despite adjusting the thermostat.

My stay was such great, I appreciated that it was fairly clean throughout, with exceptionally good views and pleasant lovation really close to all the restaurants, bars. There was consistently courteous staff and the service was welcoming. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed.

Low-budget hotel, it offers great services and unbeatable location right by transport links and bars and all the restaurants. All stuff members are brilliant and approaching.

Additionally, the hotel provided convenient parking options, making it hassle-free for us to explore this city. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The venue is top-notch, spotlessly clean and the location is perfect near Castlefield Bowl. Overall hot breakfast with stunning views, coffee to go also plus beans and very efficient service.

During my recent stay at Hilton Manchester, I was impressed by the amazing breakfast they served. The pancake machine and fresh honeycombe were delightful additions that made the breakfast experience even better. The location of the hotel was also excellent, and the views from the bar on the 23rd floor were truly amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that every request was taken care of with a smile. The beds were very comfortable, and the swimming pool and hot tub were a great way to relax. I had a fantastic experience at Hilton Manchester.

Although I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Manchester, I did find the Wi-fi to be a little slow at times. Additionally, there were minor issues such as the unpleasant smell in the lobby and the lack of changing cubicles in the changing rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton in Manchester. The staff at the concierge desk, particularly Neil, went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome. He organized a surprise birthday celebration for my wife, complete with flowers, chocolates, and cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made our stay memorable. The attention to detail and excellent customer service from Neil and the entire staff was exceptional.

Staying here was an amazing experience. The hotel is located in a great area to explore here, with plenty of things to see and do. The staff is very friendly and helpful - they made me feel right at home. The room service was fantastic and the housekeeping service was exceptional. There are plenty of shops and commercial services on site, and the laundry service was a great convenience. The rooms have all the amenities you could want, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus. The in-room safe provided peace of mind, and the sitting area was very comfortable.

Recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
